2 – Voter Say on Pay

There is a popular notion that shareholders should have a Say on Pay for executives – that executive pay should be subject to shareholder approval.

Warren believes voters should have a say on pay for elected officials and their political appointees. All pay raises for the political elites should be put before voter referendums.

As a town board member, Warren proposed a pay cut for himself and other town officials, and has consistently voted for pay freezes.
